Pricing
We systematically open a personal account in our database for every customer to monitor all services and including these Web Technical Support provided over the phone or over at our Pasadena location. Each service call is timed by a 15 minute increment ($18.75). When we reach a two hour total we send out an invoice.
Pre-paid accounts
These accounts that are opened to cover all tasks performed in accordance to an estimate for the maintenance and updating of an existing site can also be used to cover for your Technical Support needs.
Whenever the pre-paid amount has been used an invoice is sent together with an Excel file showing all tasks in detail. Please click here for Pre-paid account pricing.
Please note that Pre-paid accounts cannot be used to cover for new web site construction, new design creation or additional programming.( i.e. adding a shopping cart is not an update but a new feature development ).
